Blue Chip Elite is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through athletics, mentorship, leadership development, and community support. Our goal is to help young athletes grow with confidence, discipline, and purpose—both in sports and in life.
Our Story
Blue Chip Elite Association was created out of a passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the court. Basketball has always been more than just a game to us — it’s a tool to teach discipline, confidence, leadership, accountability, and teamwork.
We saw the need for a positive environment where kids could not only develop their basketball skills, but also receive mentorship, guidance, and support in life and academics. Too many young athletes have talent but lack opportunities, structure, or strong leadership around them. Blue Chip Elite Association was built to change that.
Our goal is to create a family atmosphere that pushes athletes to compete at a high level while also building character and preparing them for success beyond basketball. Through training, mentorship, education, and community involvement, we want to inspire the next generation of leaders and give youth the confidence to chase their goals both in sports and in life.

Blue Chip Elite Association also plans to offer structured online programs designed to help athletes continue developing both on and off the court, no matter where they are located.

Our goal is to create a complete development program that supports athletes beyond practices and tournaments while expanding our impact within the community.
We want Blue Chip Elite Association to become one of Arizona’s premier youth basketball and mentorship organizations — known not only for player development, but for leadership, character, and community impact.
